Who we are

TipMee (https://tipmee.app) is an employee recognition, customer feedback and workforce intelligence platform operated by Jasper Group Corporation Ltd and hosted by Intuitive Group Communications Inc. (3500 South DuPont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901, USA).

What we collect

Business accounts: name, work email, company, phone. Workers: display name, employment context and the verified reviews guests leave for them. Guests can review and tip without creating an account; we store the rating, the optional comment and name, and the transaction record. Payments are processed by Stripe — TipMee never stores card numbers or bank credentials.

How we use it

To operate the service: routing reviews and tips to the right person, generating performance analytics and AI improvement reports for the subscribing organization, maintaining each worker’s portable professional profile, and meeting our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases and your rights

We process data in accordance with the GDPR (EU), the UK GDPR and the CCPA (California). You may request access, rectification, erasure or portability of your data at any time by writing to privacy@tipmee.app. Workers own their professional profile: it moves with them between employers. A worker may claim their profile and update their photo; the employer manages the name and bio shown on it.

Processors and storage

Payments — Stripe. Database and authentication — Supabase (EU region). Hosting — Vercel. AI analysis — Google Gemini (review text is processed to generate management reports; no data is used to train models).
