Questions,
answered.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan a QR. They can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card. No app, no account.
What does verified mean?
A review left through an active badge that belongs to that worker. Not an identity check. No ID, no guest account, no login.
Is there a guest fee?
No. €0 for the guest. The company pays the plan.
What are the €50 and €250 packs?
Not the plan. They only pay for badge activations. One credit is €5 and turns one badge on. 10 credits are €50, 50 credits are €250. Turning a badge off does not refund the credit.
How does the worker get paid?
Tips sit on the TipMee platform balance. From €5, the worker withdraws to their bank through Stripe Connect.
Which industries?
Six, on this site: hotels, restaurants and bars, healthcare, retail, delivery, and a company of one. Healthcare is not coming later.
What does a manager see today?
Tips, ratings, and comments. AI reports and at-risk alerts are in development and not live yet.
Is there a free company plan?
No. Free is the guest. A company picks Pro, Team, Business, or Enterprise.
Does the QR expire when they change jobs?
The badge is issued by the employer. The profile at /w/ stays with the worker.
Is it compliant with local tipping laws?
TipMee is designed for EU distribution rules — tips are tracked transparently per employee with full audit history. Talk to us about your jurisdiction.
How long does setup take?
Under a day for a single location: import your team, print the QR badges or stands, and you are live.
